Shipping, Order Tracking & Delivery

What is DesiDarzi’s Shipping Policy?

At DesiDarzi, we aim to deliver your orders in excellent condition and as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5–6 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the delivery location. Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics constraints, weather conditions, or remote service areas.

Important Guidelines for Smooth Delivery

  • Provide a complete shipping address including House/Flat Number, Floor, Street Name, Locality, and a nearby Landmark.
  • Ensure correct City, State, and PIN Code details to avoid delays or misrouting.
  • Make sure the provided phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable for delivery coordination.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and pay the exact amount.
  • If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, do not accept it.

Note: All parcels are securely packed and sealed before dispatch. During transit, packages go through multiple handling stages at courier facilities. DesiDarzi will not be responsible for missing items from packages accepted in damaged or tampered condition.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges remain the same irrespective of the size of the order.
  • Each order can be shipped to only one shipping address.
  • To ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

*Order value is calculated after applying discounts, GST, or any other applicable charges.

You can check the status of your order by visiting the “My Orders” section under My Account on our website.

Orders placed on DesiDarzi are shipped through trusted courier partners, including but not limited to:

  • Blue Dart
  • Ecom Express
  • Shadowfax
  • XpressBees
  • India Post (Speed Post)

Courier partner selection depends on serviceability and delivery location.


International Shipping

Currently, DesiDarzi delivers only within India.


Cancellation & Modifications

Cancellation Policy

While we strive to fulfill every order, cancellations may occur due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or issues flagged by our fraud-prevention systems.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders can be canceled before they are packed at our warehouse.

Can I Modify My Shipping Address?

Yes, shipping address modifications are allowed before the order is packed. Please contact us immediately with your order details.

Refund Timeline

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund applicable as no advance payment is made.
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
